Site work for a water / sewer project in Lubbock, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Texas Tech University ("TTU") is seeking competitive sealed proposals for the replacement of approximately one thousand and two hundred (1,200) feet of six (6) inch domestic water line as designed by Hugo R eed and Associates ("Design Professional"). The Contractor shall replace the existing six (6) inch water line with a ten (10) inch water line. The Contractor shall follow design documents as prepared by the Design Professional. A Proposal/Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or a Certified Check or a Cashiers' Check payable to TTU in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the maximum possible sum of the Base Proposal and all Alternates (Proposer-furnished form). Deadline for Submission of Written Questions April 12, 2023 5:00 PM Central TTU will collect all questions and respond after the Submission Deadline through an Addendum to the RFP that will be distributed through the TechBid System. Contracts over $25,000 require Payment Bonds. The Proposer shall provide for a Payment Bond, and the associated cost of the bond shall be identified in the Proposal Document. Contracts over $100,000 require Performance Bonds. The Proposer shall provide a Performance Bond, and the associated cost of the bond shall be identified in the Proposal Document.
