Renovation of a fire / police facility in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The selected Contractor must provide Renovation Services Construction for the Police Department as described in the Construction Plans for the First ,Second and Third Floor prepared by CPZ Architects consisting Deadline for written questions sent via email to the Issuing Officer referenced in -April 17th 2023 5:00 p.m. ET The City reserves the right to proceed to award without further discussions after receipt of the initial proposals, in which case, evaluation committee reviews, negotiations and Proposal Revisions may not be required. In the event the estimated value of the contract is less than $75,000, the City reserves the right to proceed directly to contract award without posting a Notice of Intent to Award. The initial term of the contract(s) is for three hundred (300) calendar days from the issuance of an executed agreement. Each responding Contractor must supply a Bid Bond or Bid Deposit (certified check, cashier's check, bank money order, bank draft of any national or state bank), in a sum of not less than 5% of the total contract award made payable to the City. All Bids are hereby rejected. All Bids were over budget. The City’s intent is to rebid this project
