As of June 19, 2023, project was awarded to Truwest Construction but awarded amount is not available. As of May 3, 2023, project hasn’t been awarded yet. A timeline for award has not yet been established.
To repair or replace existing roof for twenty-seven (27) residents locate in District 2, District 3, District 4 and District 5 in various locations by removing shingles down to decking, installing new drip metals, shingles, pipe jacks, and around air conditioning units. The square footage of the roof will be determined after each home site visit. The scope work will consist of the following and to include all labor and materials: o To remove existing shingles down to decking.
o Inspect for wood damage and replace as needed
o Install synthetic underlayment (or better).
o Install starter strip shingles,
o Install all appropriate metal flashings,
o Install Dimensional Shingles. (Color chosen by homeowner) install 6 nails per shingle.
o Install hip and ridge shingles.
o Paint vent, fascia & penetration flashing to match shingle color.
o Install staples at open eaves
o Replace sheeting and rafts on back porch as needed
o Replace any metal flashing round chimney (if it applies).
