Project consists of a new performing arts building with a raised foundation configuration. Work includes stage, auditorium seating, costume room, dressing rooms, band room, practice rooms and loading dock. Future work will include parking areas. 1. The bidder will complete the work within the time allotted and with the phasing plan specified by the Construction Manager.
