DESCRIPTION OF WORK 1. The project consists mainly of the reorganization of room 1022 into two (2) classrooms for elementary students by a movable partition and rooms 2017 and 2018 into a gender-neutral toilet. 1. Room 1022: with the mobile partition, the room can become a multifunctional room. 2. Premises 2017-2018 are merged to become a gender-neutral toilet of 6 WCs 2. Architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical work will be required to carry out this work. 3. The project will take place in a single phase. WORK SCHEDULE 1. Work may begin as soon as outside temperatures allow the application of the specified products. 2. The CSSDS agrees to perform part of the work during school activities in cohabitation mode. All demolition work must be carried out before August 23, 2023. 3. The work will take place as follows: 1. Start of work: August 7, 2023 2. Acceptance with reservations: October 27, 2023 3. Acceptance without reservation: November 3, 2023 4 The one year warranty period will commence upon completion of all work. 5. The contractor shall submit a detailed work schedule at the site start-up meeting. The critical progress of the work must be indicated there.
