Site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Saint-Lazare, Quebec. Working plans call for the addition of a 7,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a 14,500-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Expansion and alterations of Municipal Workshops in Saint-Lazare. The scope of work includes the expansion and redevelopment of the area used for welding works, of the office area, partial redevelopment of the ground floor dedicated to the public works division, expansion of the building parking garage and warehouse, redevelopment of the exterior parking area. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The owner has awarded the firm Groupe ABS to provide additional engineering services. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling and budgeting process construction start is not anticipated before spring 2025.
