Working plans call for the addition of a 7,500-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the renovation of a 14,500-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Expansion and alterations of Municipal Workshops in Saint-Lazare. The scope of work includes the expansion and redevelopment of the area used for welding works, of the office area, partial redevelopment of the ground floor dedicated to the public works division, expansion of the building parking garage and warehouse, redevelopment of the exterior parking area. TIMELINE: Project design is ongoing. The project is included in the owner's three-year capital investment program for the years 2026-2027-2028. Construction start is not anticipated before 2027.
