The project scope will include remodeling of the vehicle maintenance facilities at the Green Line Riverside and GLX and building a new Vehicle Testing Facility at GLX. These upgrades and additions are necessary to inspect, repair and maintain the proposed new Type 10 LRV. The development of the construction packages must include maintenance of the facility operations while rebuilding the new infrastructure, which is likely to include temporary measures to accommodate such activities. DBE Goal: 20% The duration of this contract is two (2) years from the date of Notice to Proceed, with two (2) option period of one (1) year each. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
