No bids received per owner Riverside Drive Pedestrian Improvements Project Optional Pre-Bid Meeting: a. Time, Date, and Location: None. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price for a period of five (5) year(s) after its completion and formai acceptance by the City Council. Use the Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond Form Work Restrictions; I. No work shall be done between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am without the approval of the Engineer, with the exception of saw cutting freshly poured concrete. Notify the Engineer four days in advance of street closings so that a press release can be issued. No street may be closed without the Engineers approval and said notification. Liquidated Damages: $500 per day
