Site work for a water / sewer project in Omaha, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

A "Bid Drop Box" will be placed in the vestibule in which hand delivered bids may be placed prior to the bid due date. Parcel delivery of bids are to be received prior to the specified bid opening date and time. The bidder should consider in preparing the bid that utilities or improvements, including but not limited to sewers, streets, power and telephone lines and underground cables and gas mains, may be installed or may be in the process of being installed by the time the Contractor is able to start work. It is intended that main installation work shall be done only after the streets, rights of way, and utility easements have been graded to the established grade of the plat for the area. Where streets are to be paved, the installation of water mains shall not begin until the paving of all streets, the installation of all storm sewer inlets and the backfilling of curbs have been completed, unless otherwise stated in the Contract Documents. Restore all disturbed areas to original condition Tees with 8" throughway, 12 Inch DIPJ Pipe, 8 Inch DIPJ Pipe Tees with 8" throughway, 8" Bends (horizontal or vertical) Furnish, Install, and remove 8" chlorine tube Furnish and install valve and vault: Install 8" gate valve Furnish and install air relief, valve, and vault: Install 8" gate valve Furnish and install adjustable valve box and valve; install 8" gate valve Type 1 Hydrant: Furnish and install tee, pipe, fittings, valve, adjustable valve box, and hydrant; install valve and hydrant for a Type 1 Hydrant, (standard)
