You are invited to submit a proposal for Professional Services to complete an assessment report on the Hamilton Avenue School Parking Garage. Proposers are urged to read all documents carefully and fill out all information requested. Proposals which are incomplete, obscure, or conditional, and which contain irregularities of any kind, will be subject to rejection for failure to comply strictly with these conditions. Greenwich Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all responses not deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Greenwich. Each also reserves the right to waive any informalities in or reject any or all proposals or any part of any proposal. The Greenwich Public Schools is soliciting proposals from qualified professional firms for engineering and/or architectural services for the assessment of the Hamilton Avenue School Parking Garage The Town of Greenwich, CT is about 30 miles northeast of New York City and has a population of about 62,000 people. The Greenwich Public Schools enjoy a national reputation for excellence and have strong support from the community. The Greenwich Public School system has a current enrollment of 9,000 students and consist of eleven elementary schools (K-5), three middle schools (6-8), one comprehensive high school (9-12), one administrative building and one ancillary facility. The Hamilton Avenue Parking Garage was completed in 2009 as part of the major renovation of the school. There was a subsequent project that included the removals of planters that were part of the original plan. The structure consists of a ground level parking deck with a below grade garage. There are no internal stairways or ramps that connect the two levels. There are approx. 47 parking spaces in the lower level with 46 (incl 4HC) at the upper level no stairwell or Questions concerning this bid will be received by email only directed to the Bid Department, (bid_department@greenwich.k12.ct.us).
