Fax to (630) 208-5107 or e-mail: purchasing@co.Kane.Il.Us The County of Kane is accepting bids for the demolition of one (1) vacant single-family residential home located at 1228 Watson Street, Aurora, IL 60505 and restoration of the site within the boundaries of Kane County. 1. The project scope consists of demolition and site-restoration work at the property located at 1228 Watson St, Aurora, IL 60505. The property has been determined as a Dangerous and Unsafe Building under Kane County Code. The Circuit Court in the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of Kane County ordered the demolition of this building. 2. This location has been inspected by an environmental consulting service and an asbestos and Non-HUD lead survey has been performed. (Please see report attached as Exhibit B) 3. The project area has defined impact limits. It is imperative that no access or direct impact of any kind occur outside of these defined limits except that which is specifically directed by the Project Manager or Project Inspector.
