A. Work of the Project includes the re-leveling/re-plaster/re-tiling of the existing pool, pool slide repairs, pool mechanical room upgrades and other related items at CMDH (Freedom Park) Pool, 889 N Pecos. See drawings and specification for more information. B. Perform Work of Contract under lump sum contract with Owner in accordance with Conditions of Contract. C. During the course of the Work and within the context of this Project and Contract, the Owner may provide authorized signatures to contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and manufacturers to act as the Owners Agent or similar authorization. These authorizations shall not establish a direct contractual relationship between the Owner and other parties, or relieve the Contractor of his responsibilities, or in any way modify the terms of this Contract. The term of such authorizations shall not extend beyond that required for the Work of this Contract.
