Site work and new construction of a swimming pool in Coronach, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
This Request for Proposals is to inform potential bidders of an opportunity and to permit them to submit proposals. The main objective of the project is to build a new 3300 square foot outdoor swimming pool basin and underground pipe system and required mechanics to replace an aging swimming pool. The pool will incorporate a 4-lane lap pool, leisure pool, diving boards and beach entry. Town Council in consultation with the Coronach Recreation Board will oversee the work of the Pool Contractor, in addition to directing all aspects of the Scope of the Work identified in this RFP. The Town of Coronach is not responsible for any costs incurred by proponents in preparing their proposals, attending any meetings or interviews with The Town of Coronach, making any presentations to the Town of Coronach in connection with their proposals, or otherwise incurred in connection with this RFP process. The budget for this Project is set at $1,100,000.00. PST must be included in this amount. Commencement of Construction to be at the latest August 31, 2024. All the work shall be substantially completed, commissioned and ready for public use by July 1, 2025.
