Demolition, site work, remodeling and addition to a playground / park / athletic field in De Soto, Kansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Proposals will be held in strict confidence and will not be opened or evaluated until the proposal deadline has passed. After the deadline has passed, the Owner will open and evaluate the proposals. Bidders will be notified of the results within fourteen (14) days of the date set above for bids to be received. The Contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsible Bidder, but the City of De Soto reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in bids.
