Reference Number : 1708373 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-18 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in two documents, a quality document and a separate price document Distance to travel The successful bidder must cover ten (10) separate sections of a linear distance of one (1) kilometer each in the Ville-Marie borough, according to the schedule described in section 7: Seven (7) one (1) kilometer segments will be surveyed as part of the delivery of the first report as described in Section 6; Three (3) Sections will be surveyed as part of the delivery of the second report, therefore for a grand total of ten (10) kilometers; The Sections will be chosen by the Agency and will be communicated to the Successful Bidder. Tasks to be performed For each Section identified by the Agency: Determine the Geographical Position, to an accuracy of at least 5 cm (therefore an error of less than 5 cm), of each regulation unit: The coordinates of a support must be recorded at its foot, at the point of its circumference closest to the roadway; The start and end coordinates for Regulation Units 2 to 4 described in section 5.1. Compile the exact number of each regulatory unit per category for each Street Segment located on the sections to be traveled. Take a photo of each support with the parking regulation signs located on the sections identified by the Agency. Photos should be of sufficient quality to provide visual validation of the written content. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
