Bids submitted using the license name and number of a subcontractor or other person who is not a principal partner or owner of the company making this bid, will be rejected as being non-responsive. In the event the contractual services agreement issued as a result of this Request for Quote is subject to the LWO, the Contractor shall pay its employees the general prevailing rate of wages as determined by the Director of Department of Industrial Relations, or the Minimum Wage, as that term is defined by the City's LWO, whichever is higher.
