The scope of work includes but is not limited to a 23,000 square foot building including administrative, medical and other service spaces to support the program space. This is a multi-prime project with General Construction, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical and Electrical. Please note, bidders proposing to submit a bid on this project are required to be pre-qualified in accordance with the County's Responsible Contractors Ordinance by submitting a Contractor Responsibility Certification Form at least 14 calendar days prior to the specified bid submission date.
