To extend the service life of the existing pavement on the Patricia Bay Highway and McKenzie Avenue in the Saanich Area by increasing the existing pavement condition rating, through addressing the ride comfort and pavement distresses by rehabilitating the existing pavement. Highway 17 between Vernon Avenue to Vanalman Avenue and McKenzie Avenue between Burnside Road to Douglas Avenue.
