Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Lehi, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and playground / park / athletic field.

Shadow Ridge Park, located at approximately 3050 West Traverse Mountain Blvd, is a 10-acre park that will feature many amenities. At full build-out, this park with include parking, restroom/storage building, playground, pickleball courts, paths, lighting, landscape & irrigation, signage, pump track and downhill bike course, and open space. . Grade site to elevations shown on plans. o Construct new asphalt trail, parking lot, pathways, sidewalks, and ADA ramps per plans. o Construct mainline water extensions in Traverse Mountain Blvd o Construct new 4" PI service and concrete vault, per plans o Install irrigation system per plans and to current Lehi City standards and details. o Install trees, shrubs, plants, sod, mulch, etc. as shown on landscape plans and per current Lehi City standards and details. o Stub utilities to restroom/storage facility, per plans. o Install site lighting. o Coordinate playground and surface installation with playground contractor, hired by city. Construct all curbing and bring playground area to grade per plans before handing over to playground contractor. o Install pavilion structure, provided by the city, and provide and install all electrical to the pavilion as shown on the plans The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any formality in the proposals received, to accept or reject any or all of the items in the proposal, and award the contract subject to this RFP, in whole or in part, if it is deemed in the City's best interest.
