The Town intends to hire one (1) Engineering Consultant to provide geotechnical investigations and material testing services on an as and when required basis for construction projects within the town for a three (3) year period. The scope of these services provided by the Consultant shall include, but are not limited to, concrete, asphalt and soils. The Engineering Consultant must have their own certified laboratory to perform both asphalt and concrete testing. The term of the Contract shall be for a three (3) year period from May 1, 2023 to April 30, 2026 with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms.
