Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Harris Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 55,348-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility.
The project consists of the construction of a new two-story government center to include health services, tribal courts, tribal government and community gathering areas. Please direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Addendum #1-#4 have been issued as of 4-18-2023. No oral explanation in regard to the meaning of Bidding Documents will be made and no oral instructions will be given before receipt of bids. Bidders shall bring discrepancies, omissions, conflicts or doubt as to true meaning of any part of Bidding Documents to the attention of Miron Construction Co., Inc., by email only (trevor.poupore@miron-construction.com) at least five (5) calendar days before due date for bids. Prompt clarification will immediately be supplied to the Bidding Document holders of record by Addendum and receipt of each Addendum shall be acknowledged on the Bid Form by each Bidder. All Addenda issued shall become part of the Contract Documents.
