As of March 5, 2026, this project is out for bidder package prequalifications. An architect and construction manager joint venture have been chosen. Construction is expected to begin in 2027 and conclude in 2029. The new 38,693 sf, 1 1/2 level Aquatic Center structure involves shallow CIP Concrete Foundations, Structural Steel and Masonry.
