Provide power to thirteen (13) HVAC Roof Top Units. Provide and install the following electrical work: 1. Panel HVAC - (1) New Siemens 2250-amp 120/208 3-phase electrical panel located in the main electrical room with (1) New75KVA Transformer fed from within the electrical room from the existing main 277/480-volt switch gear located in and within 20' of this gear. This work shall be completed using EMT conduit and copper conductors. All circuit breakers shall be HACR type. 2. HVAC UNITS - Furnished and Installed by others. All New Units Require 208-volt Single Phase Wiring. 1.5 TON = Units # 12, 13 3.0 TON = Units # 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 3.5 TON = Units # 3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 3. HVAC FEEDERS - Furnish and install the following feeds to each of thirteen units as follows. Installation will require a mix of conduit and MC CU cable installed in a neat and professional manner. A continuous ground wire is to be utilized in all conduits. o RTU # 3, 7, 8, 9, 11 will be fed from the existing electrical panels located in the second-floor electrical room. Approximate run length is (150'). o RTU # 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 10, 12, 13 will be fed from the New Panel located in the first-floor electrical room. Approximate run length is (240'). 4. UNIT DISCONNECT SWITCHES - Furnish and install a weatherproof, commercial rated, fused disconnect switch and all associated wiring to each RTU. All bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., Affirmative Action Against Discrimination and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Each bid, if required, shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or certified check made payable to the FREEHOLD REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT BOARD OF EDUCATION, for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total bid, however, not to exceed $20,000. Statement of Ownership Requirement: Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2, Bidders shall submit a statement setting forth the names and addresses of all persons and entities that own ten percent or more of its stock or interest of any type at all levels of ownership. A Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Contractor Questionnaire/Certification also must be filed with the bid. The bid package will also include other documents that must be completed and returned with the bid. Failure to comply with Instructions to Bidders and to complete and submit all required forms, may be cause for disqualification and rejection of the bid.
