Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
To have contractor to provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, permits, etc necessary to replace two ejector pumps and a submersible mixer at Sandy Point State Park, 1100 East College Parkway, Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, MD 21409. THIS IS AN ONLINE SOLICITATION ONLY. Please submit all Bid responses online, SBR vendors are encouraged to respond. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE DETAILED SPECS IN ITS ENTIRETY. PLEASE NOTE THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR. Please upload all attachments as ONE BID PACKAGE attachment only.
