Renovation of a mixed-use development in E Sandwich, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Deadline 10/08/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Every request for such interpretations shall be in writing and emailed to bidding@blwengineers.com, and to be given consideration, must be received in the Engineer's office not later than 12:00 noon, six (6) calendar days (Saturdays and Sundays, and legal holidays excluded) prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids A. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to provide complete heating, ventilating and air conditioning system and general contracting work, as shown on the Drawings and as specified herein. B. Furnish all labor and materials to perform demolition work asshown on the Drawings, asrequired for the installation of new work, and as specified hereinafter. C. Add / Alternate no. 1: Library Air Conditioning: 1. HVAC: Demolition of existing heating/ventilating unit, ductwork, piping, insulation and controls; new mechanical equipment to provide air conditioning to the library including refrigerant piping, modifications to existing piping/ductwork, insulation and automatic temperature controls. General Bids will only be considered from bidders holding a Certification of Eligibility from the Division of Capital Management and Maintenance in the category of HVAC and in a single project amount higher than the amount of the bid.
