Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Broomfield, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Plans consist of a proposed 40 unit multi-family residential new-construction project located at 1354, 1347, 1377, 1394 Cottonwood Street. The residential buildings will feature a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units and will range from one to three stories. The single story buildings will be located along the eastern side of the property adjacent to the existing single-family residential uses while the three-story building will be located along the western portion of the site adjacent to the park. The site will additionally feature a common clubhouse area for residents to utilize as well as on-site amenities and gathering spaces including pedestrian trails and a main courtyard The proposal will feature sustainability initiatives such as solar arrays and high energy performance buildings. As of June 30, 2025, construction is underway. Subcontractor bidding has closed.
