The duration of the work will be approximately 8 weeks. CONDITION : Only general contractors or specialized contractors for this type of work having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). TENDER GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety bond by an authorized company, equivalent to 10% of the bid amount or In the form of certified cheque, money order, bank draft payable to the Office d'habitation Pierre-de-Saurel, irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit or bonds payable to bearer. These must be issued or guaranteed by the government of Quebec or Canada and the term must not exceed five years. The value of these bonds must be equivalent to 5% of the amount of the tender and be valid for a period of 45 days from the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
