The services expected as well as the various administrative procedures put in place to obtain the contract are more fully described in the tender documents. For a tender to be accepted, the tenderer must use two sealed envelopes, one of which must contain the information on the qualitative evaluation and bear the mention " ING-260423-A - Qualitative evaluation", while the other must only contain the price schedule and bear the words "ING-260423-A - Financial proposal". Bidders wishing to obtain additional information regarding this project should contact Mr. Marc-André Bédard, Systems and Drawings Coordinator.
