Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Lake Worth, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive all nonmaterial irregularities, to re- advertise, and to cancel any invitation to bid when it is in the best interests of the City. The successful Bidder, who is awarded the Contract, shall be required to furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond and a 100% Construction Payment Bond which meet the requirements of section 255.05, Florida Statutes. The City of Lake Worth Beach is soliciting bids from responsible and experienced contractors for the South Palm Park Sea Level Rise Mitigation project for the Citys Water Utilities. The Lake Worth Beach South Palm Park Sea Level Rise Mitigation Project (Project) will address the chronic flood conditions at the southern end of the South Palm Park neighborhood along 18th Avenue South in Lake Worth Beach, which is getting worse with sea level rise Question Deadline 04/17/2023 at 4:00 PM ET All questions must be in writing submitted on lakeworthbeachfl.bidsandtenders.net or purchasingl@lakeworthbeachfl.gov
