As of April 20, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Remove existing 12x30 restroom building and replace with 12x40 modular slab on Grade restroom building and related electrical, mechanical and site work A Payment Bond for contracts over $25,000 and a Performance Bond for all contracts will be required prior to commencement of work. These bonds shall be in the amounts and form called for in the Contract Documents.
