This notice is provided as a courtesy to our contractor base that specialize in Municipal Servicing and Road Construction. A portion of funding of this project is provided by the City through a cost sharing agreement with the developer. All questions and clarifications should be relayed to developers Consultant per the below contact information. Tender is for the construction of a new north-south collector road, known as Intermarket Road, including the associated municipal infrastructure; a sanitary trunk main under Intermarket Rd., and the stormwater management pond. This project forms part of the IPort Subdivision in the City of Cambridge. Close of questions: Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 Major items (approximate quantities): Sanitary Trunk Main: 900m of 975 dia, 7m deep and associated MH's Sanitary Collector pipe: 120m 200dia 3m deep and associated MH's Storm sewers; 900m 1350dia - 350dia 3m deep and associated MH's and CB's Roadworks; 1100m full construction collector road including granulars through surface works including road signage. Includes MUT and JUT.
