Renovation of an educational facility in Lafayette, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bids shall be accepted only from contractors who are licensed under LA-R.S.37:2150-2163 for the classification of MECHANICAL. Note, this bid is for a Davis Bacon prevailing wage project. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. Bidder shall show the Contractor's license number and name of the project on the Bid envelope as required by Louisiana Revised Statutes 37:2163.A.(l ). Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to reach the Engineer at least seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of Bids. Question Deadline 05/03/2023 The project consists of (but is not limited to) the following: 1. Enhancing the indoor air quality for the school by means of upgrading the ventilation and filtration capabilities. 2. Desigo Migration Scope of Work: the system shall be an extension of the Desigo building automation system and all controllers and software shall match existing or be the latest version of existing. 3. Mitsubishi Controls will operate the Mitsubishi equipment. Siemens shall interlock with Mitsubishi controls and provide front end graphics of Mitsubishi system. 4. Provide new secondary chilled water pumps and re-pipe as indicated on the plans 5. Refer to the drawings for full extent of work B. Project Location: a.
