Renovation of an educational facility in Oshawa, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement and upgrade of the existing exterior glazing throughout the North Campus location. There are a variety of glazing types in use at the North Campus that include aluminum entrances, windows, curtainwalls, and skylights. Given the age of the buildings, many of the existing glazing systems are nearing end of life and need to be replaced with the most efficient options available. The replacements to be completed as part of this project are the UA east atrium skylight, and the UB 1st floor south and east facing exterior windows. TIMELINE: Previous RFP was cancelled. Project may be re-bid in the future, or split up into smaller projects. Updates will be made if project is re-bid. Coverage has been discontinued at this time.
