Site work and renovation of a civil project in Saint Helena, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of St. Helena is seeking proposals from highly skilled Vendor(s) to perform generator procurement and installation in compliance with local, State and Federal statutory requirements for HMGP grants. It is the responsibility of the selected Vendor(s) to manage the overall construction and installation, providing approved engineered designs, acquiring all necessary permits and inspections from local jurisdictions, and the completion of any other requirements. Upon completion, the site shall be returned to a state set forth by the conditions of the Scope of Work, as well as any modifications necessary to bring the site into full operation and compliance with local, State and Federal requirements.
