This Summary Notice and Notice of Intended Procurement is issued by the Corporation of the Town of New Tecumseth (the Town) for procurements covered by the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and/or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement to provide summary information in relation to specific procurement, as detailed below. The successful proponent will be required to serve as the Towns Drainage Superintendent and will be responsible for the overall administration of the Ontario Drainage Act, RSO 1990 throughout the Town. As part of this work, it will be expected that the successful proponent will be capable of providing Municipal Drainage Superintendent Services and Municipal Drainage Engineering Services as outlined and required within the Ontario Drainage Act, RSO 1990. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of two (2) years, with an option in favour of the Town to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for three (3) additional terms of up to one (1) year for each term.
