The work of this contract generally will consist of the resurfacing of Bassel Pickleball Courts, the demolition and removal of rebound board and basketball goals and construction of new fencing to include but not limited to the following: o Prepare surface for surface application - mill and scarify surface to prepare for full length crack matting. o Install full length Glasspav25 crack reinforcement matting. o Install new 2-inch compacted binder course of asphalt. o Install new 1.5-inch compacted asphalt surface. o Install new Nova(TM) or equivalent black acrylic resurfacing material to the entire pickleball court surface. o Apply Nova(TM) or equivalent color to entire court. Court will be done in color to be chosen by Owner. o Install net post bases. o Install 115 LF of chain link fencing five (5) feet in height to separate the courts (as shown on map). o Install 77 LF of chain link fencing eight (8) feet in height (as shown on map). o Install standard gate in locations as shown on map. o Re-mark the lines on the courts.
