Renovation of a municipal facility in Bellingham, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work for this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the project identified above including the following major work items: Regulated building materials management including removal and disposal Removal of existing roofing down to plywood sheathing Selective patching and repair of rotted plywood sheathing Removal of several radio/communication towers/stands Replacement of roof hatch, parapet, flashing, cants, and curbs Installation of new rigid insulation Installation of new PVC roof membrane Other related work. The Port of Bellingham reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities. Engineers estimate: $495,000.00. Any and all questions related to this project must be submitted via email prior to 5:00 PM, local time, on Friday, April 14, 2023. No questions will be accepted after that time.
