areas:
Provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the scope of work described herein.
Mobilize and maintain safe access to the facilities throughout the entire project.
Remove existing ballasted EPDM roof system, comprised of (1)layer drywall substate board, (1)
layer poly sheet vapor barrier, (2) layers of 2 polyiso insulation, all loose laid to steel deck
Dispose of properly offsite
Leave in place rigid flute fill insulation used as sound attenuation in perforated deck, replace as needed
for wet or missing pieces.
Inspect steel decking to determine if repair or replacement is necessary, confirm with the city, will be a
per sq ft line item add.
Remove and replace existing parapet coping cap, 24 ga steel prefinished, to match existing
Install (1) layer of Vapair Seal MD vapor barrier direct to steel decking, turn up walls, penetrations. a
minimum of 2
