Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
As of February 7, 2024, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. St. Charles County Government Facilities Management Department is seeking bids to design and construct an Emergency Management Shed. The shed will be placed on a concrete pad, work performed by others, but in coordination with the vendor selected for the construction of the shed. St. Charles County is seeking bids for an Emergency Management Shed. The county reserves the right to terminate the contract for any violation, by the successful bidder, of any term or condition of the contract by giving thirty (30) days written notice stating the reasons therefore and giving the party time to remedy any deficiencies. Bid Bond- A 5% deposit of the bid total, presented in the form of a cashier s check, Certified check, or bid bond, made payable to St. Charles County Performance Bond- A 100% Performance and Payment Bond in favor of the Owner. All questions must be received no later than 3:00 PM on 4/20/23. Any question received after this deadline may not be answered.
