1. The work under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, insurance, temporary protection, supervision and incidental items essential for proper installation and operation, even though not specifically mentioned or indicated but which are usually provided or are essential for proper installation and operation of all systems related to this Section, as specified herein. 2. The specifications and drawings describe the minimum requirements that must be met by the HVAC Contractor for the installation of all work as specified here in under. 3. The systems shall be installed in accordance with the following criteria and system concepts: a. Every effort shall be made to design and lay out all equipment and systems in locations which will tend to encourage total flexibility for future, routing preventative maintenance by providing easy access for maintenance personnel. Manual isolation valves shall be provided to enable servicing, expansion of, renovation, or construction of any part of the new facility without interrupting the services in adjacent areas. b. A one (1) year guarantee covering all materials, equipment and workmanship from date of occupancy will be provided as determined by the Architect. Remove rooftop Air Handling Unit.
