Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Deville, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The Work of the Base Bid, includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Construct a new building of approximately 2800 heated sf. plus a covered porch at 1250 Hwy 115,Deville, LA for new Fireman Living Quarters. The building shall consist of a concrete slab on grade over select fill, wood framing, wood roof deck, 25 yr. architectural shingles, spray foam and batt insulation, fire alarm, sprinkler system, backup generator, two color brick veneer, drywall partitions, drywall ceilings, split system HVAC systems, LED lighting systems, data wiring, stain grade millwork, Masonite solid core paint grade wood interior doors, resilient tile, solid vinyl plank tile, and wood look fiberglass entry doors equal to Jeld Wen In lieu of compacted 610 stone for main drive to garage, provide 5 1/2' thick reinforced 3000 psi concrete drive as indicated on drawings. In lieu if 25 yr. architectural shingles, provide 26-gauge architectural lock seam metal roof as indicated and specified. This project is to be completed in three hundred four (304) days.
