Kennedale Independent School District (KISD) issuing a Request for Proposal for replacement of 34 HVAC units located at R.F. Patterson Elementary, 6621 Kelly Elliott, Arlington, TX 76001. HVAC Units to be replaced are located on the ground level, no crane work is expected. Various amounts of 3-ton, 4-ton, 5-ton, and 7.5-ton Trane units are under consideration to be replaced with units of like type and quality. The Honeywell thermostats currently on the units will remain, they are tied to our districtwide climate controls. Model number#, Serial numbers, and tonnage are provided on cost worksheet included in this proposal package. Project will be funded by Federal ESSSR funds provided by the CARES Act and must meet all criteria stated in Section 30. It outlines all the requirements.
