Reference number : 1710600 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-18 Municipalité de Nominingue is inviting tenders for the Replacement of Drinking Water Pipes on Rues St-Denis, Dumas, St-Martin and Demers. Several breaks have occurred over the past few years in the quadrilateral comprising the streets named above. Since there is only one valve at the entrance of this sector, it is impossible to target the problem when a break occurs. It is therefore necessary to isolate the four streets entirely. In addition, the pipes are nearing the end of their useful life. In fact, the aqueduct is made up of 1940 grey cast iron pipes with a diameter of 100 mm or less. This size of pipe does not allow for fire protection unlike the rest of the urban perimeter. The installation of 200 mm diameter pipes will correct this situation. This work involves approximately 679 metres of pipe across these four streets. The Municipality of Nominingue does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received, and it incurs no liability with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. . *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
