Alternate bid item is to provide and install vinyl wrap for columns, braces and beams. Project Location: Powers Park (420 Second Ave at 110th Street All questions must be received no later than 2:00 PM EDT on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. All
questions will be compiled and answered in the form of an Addendum. All agencies on record with
the Purchasing Office will receive a copy of the Addendum. Questions received after the date
will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral
