Reference number : 1710758 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-19 Submission sent electronically accepted: Yes, in a single submission document The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forests (MRNF) wishes to acquire galvanized steel supports which will be used to support the mobile culture trays in the new tunnels of the Sainte-Luce forest nursery and blocking devices which are used to retain the trays in place on the rails. The technical specifications of the good and service are presented in appendix 8 Plans. The schedule being a major issue in this project, all the supports must be delivered no later than July 31, 2023. The contract will begin at signature and end no later than September 30, 2023. The price submitted as part of this tender includes delivery. The tender must be presented by a supplier having, in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement , an establishment where it carries out its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal business hours. The Minister particularly draws your attention to clauses 3.13 and 3.14 of the call for tenders document, which indicate the conditions of eligibility of suppliers to tender and compliance of tenders to be respected within the framework of this call for tenders. The department does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received.
