Plans, specifications and tender forms can be obtained from the electronic tendering system by consulting the website and entering the number 03G-05.03.02-274. Only individuals, corporations and companies who have obtained the tender document directly from them and who have an establishment in Quebec or in one of the territories covered by the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) or the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) between Canada and the European Union. To be valid, each tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to 10% of the total amount of the tender, in the form of a certified check or a guarantee, made out to the City of Bécancour. The City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain an error or omission.
