Reference Number: 0000316029 The Town of East Fishkill is interested in purchasing a Pole Barn Kit. This will be a Two-Part Bid for Contract ED2023.07. Bidders may submit for Part One, Part Two or both. PART ONE of the bid is for the design, manufacture, inventory, and delivery of a Pole Barn Kit that meets the specifications listed in this bid packet. Part One of this bid DOES NOT involve services relating to the construction or installation of the Pole Barn Kit. In general, the Pole Barn Kit will be designed and manufactured to be 35-foot wide x 60-foot long with a 12-foot inside ceiling height and a Gable-Style Roof with a slope of 4/12. The kit will be delivered to the project site at 5 Old Lime Kiln Road, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533. A complete list of specifications for the Pole Barn Kit are listed on Page 42-46, entitled, "Payment Item Specifications (Basis of Design)," which bidders should refer to for information about the desired Pole Barn Kit when creating a bid for submission. PART TWO of the bid is identical to Part One, except that Part Two also includes the construction/installation of the Pole Barn Kit.
