Contractor shall prepare the building for paint to include, but not limited to, any cleaning, caulking or stucco repair as necessary. Contractor shall paint exterior of building including eaves, fascia/gutters, and all existing trim, including architectural walls adjacent to building Contractor shall paint exterior with Benjamin Moore exterior satin or City-approved equal; except for soffits, which shall be painted with Benjamin Moore elastomeric or City-approved equal. Both the trim and body of the facility will require a minimum two (2) coats of paint Paint color to be determined by the City of Redding at a later date.
