Monomoy Regional School District (the "District") invites bids from qualified contractors to provide: Supply and installation of twenty new wall mounted mini-split systems in three Monomoy Regional School District buildings, including the removal of existing systems in some locations. Each installation will require an indoor and outdoor unit, and all necessary refrigerant lines and electrical wiring. The project cannot be started any earlier than June 26 th, 2023 and must be completed by August 16th , 2023. Supply and installation of new wall mounted heating and/or cooling units, including removal of existing units where necessary: - Harwich Elementary School: o Remove 4 existing wall mounted cooling units and their roof mounted condensers in the early childhood offices. o Replace with 4 new 12k BTU wall mounted heating/cooling splitters (such as Fujitsu ASU12RLF1, or similar) along with the appropriate condensers (such as Fujitsu AOU24RLXFZH, or similar). o Remove all refrigerant and replace all existing lines with new lines. o Reconnect power using the existing electrical wiring unless deemed otherwise. - Chatham Elementary School: o Remove 5 existing wall mounted cooling units in (Room 110/ Head End Room 110/ Room 106/ Room 103/ Principal's Office) and their roof mounted condensers. o Replace with 5 new 12k BTU wall mounted heating/cooling splitters (such as Fujitsu ASU12RLFI, or similar) along with the appropriate condensers such as (such as Fujitsu AOU24RLXFZH, or similar). o Remove all refrigerant and replace all existing lines with new lines. o Reconnect power using the existing electrical lines unless deemed otherwise. - Chatham Elementary School - Library: o Remove 2 existing ceiling/wall mounted AC units in the library and their roof mounted condensers. o Replace with 2 new 18k BTU heating/cooling splitters (such as Fujitsu ASU18RLF, or similar) along with the appropriate condensers (such as Fujitsu AOU18RLXFWH, or similar). Remove all refrigerant and replace all existing lines with new lines. o Reconnect power using the existing electrical wiring unless deemed otherwise. - Monomoy Regional Middle School: o Remove 5 existing wall mounted cooling units in (RoomB106/ A104/ D117/ two offices) and their roof mounted condensers. o Replace with 5 new 12k BTU wall mounted heating/cooling splitters (Fujitsu ASU12RLFI, or similar) along with the appropriate condensers (Fujitsu AOU24RLXFZH, or similar). o Remove all refrigerant and replace all lines with new lines. o Reconnect power using the existing electrical lines unless deemed otherwise. - Monomoy Regional Middle School: o Remove 2 existing ceiling/wall mounted units in (Room B142) and their roof mounted condensers. o Replace with 1 new 18K BTU ceiling/wall mounted heating/cooling unit (Fujitsu ASU18RLF, or similar) along with the appropriate condenser (Fujitsu AOU18RLXFWH, or similar). o Remove all refrigerant and lines and install with new line. o Reconnect power using the existing electrical lines unless deemed otherwise. - Monomoy Regional Middle School - Admin Offices: o Install 3 new 12k BTU heating/cooling wall mounted splitter units in the Superintendent's Office/ Assistant Superintendent's Office/ Director of Student Services Office). o Units should be Fujitsu ASU12RLF1, or similar. Condensers should be Fujitsu AOU24RLXFZH, or similar. o Install refrigerant lines along with all electrical required to power units.
